Lara Arbore is a recent graduate from the Arts Program at Montclair State University where she received her Bachelors in Fine Art Studio with a concentration in painting and illustration. Since graduating, her freelance work has been on the rise and feels grateful to create personalized pieces that touch the individual. Her passion is in expressing art that will stimulate the senses and evoke emotional thought to encourage conversation, debate and all human interaction. Her work is inspired by nature, astrology, the balance of inner self with the outer world as well as the scales of love and logic. Salvador Dali and Fred Tomaselli are two of her favorite artists. Her work has been featured in Rutgers Newspaper, around Montclair State's campus after winning their annual poster contest three years running and in every restaurant she has worked in over her college years.
Her favorite pastime aside from making art is communicating ideas and working with kids. She is the designated face painter at Snyder's Farm in Somerset NJ, works fundraisers and parties to bring imagination to reality. She seeks to ignite the creativity that is hiding in the depths of all people in places we have yet to explore. She believes the greatest gift in life is to learn from whom you teach.
